Ariana and Cole met the same way most New Yorkers meet a stranger outside the neighborhood bodega who turns out to be family: slowly, and then all at once (sometimes with gyros or falafel). Between them, they spent 46 years in uniform (Cole in the Air Force, Ariana in the Navy) doing what turned out to be almost the exact same job, only in two different services. Both spent decades taking the military's most ambiguous, most under-defined problems and designing the systems, standards, and training pipelines to solve them. Both are fluent in Russian. Neither planned for their professional lives to run this parallel. It just turned out that way.

After that many years inside systems built for scale and efficiency, they wanted to build something smaller - something that still had their fingerprints on it (without implication in a crime). That turned into two businesses instead of one, because it turns out they had two different kinds of “build” in them.

All Call Advisory is the first: the same instinct they spent careers using on the military's workforce, now aimed at other organizations. Diagnose the ambiguous problem, design the system, write it down so it survives without them.

All Call Arts is the second, and it's the opposite muscle. After years inside institutions where nothing moved without a policy behind it, there was something they both needed that no organizational design could give them: something made slowly, by hand, for its own sake. Clothing. Wooden goods. Reclaimed materials given a second life. Nothing about it is fast, standardized, or built to scale - which is exactly the point.

Same two people. Same values, craftsmanship, care, and doing things properly instead of quickly. Just two very different ideas of what “built to last” means. “All Call” is a real military term: a broadcast meant for everyone, all at once. That's what both businesses are, in their own way - an invitation to build something real, together.

We're not trying to be a big store. We're not chasing scale or trending products or viral moments. We're two people with a lot of life experience, a lot of skills, and a lot of love for making things that feel real.

Not mass-produced. Not fast. Not impersonal. Just us, doing what we love, with who we love, for the people we love.
